Refund Policy

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your refund has been processed. All refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at inkvine.co@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item. Once reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you received an incorrect item, please email us at inkvine.co@gmail.com with a copy of your order confirmation and a note of what you purchased. Once confirmed, we will process and ship the correct item to you.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds apply to the product cost only.
