Return Policy

We have a return window of 10 days. You will have 10 days to contact us from the date your order was delivered to let us know you'd like to start a return.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition in which they were sent; unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a proof of purchase or order confirmation email.

To initiate a return, please email us at inkvine.co@gmail.com. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your item. Please do not send a return without first contacting us, as it will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items not eligible for return include custom or personalized items, sale and clearance items, gift cards, items marked as final sale, and all club subscription orders.

Once we receive and process your return, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
